What payment methods do you accept?

– 30 days credit terms only through Vendors@Gov

To prevent any damages to our props and the safety of others, our props will only be delivered by our team to the agreed upon venue directly. No self-collection is
permissible.
Are there any venue requirements for set-up and tear-down?
Space constraints
– Check with us on the measurements of the specific letters you require
Flat ground
– To ensure our letters are safe and stable, flat ground at the venue is necessary.
– We have done set-ups on grass and sand in the past. However, this is subject to approval from our team to ensure a safe set-up.
If there are any other surfaces, please inquire with us!
Are there any power requirements?
– There must be access to a power socket. If a power socket is unavailable, aportable power source can be arranged.
How long is the rental duration?
– Set-up and tear-down will be on the same day, and not a 24 hour block.
– Earlier set-ups or later tear-downs may be discussed, based on your event requirements
Can the props be placed outdoors?
– Our lights have been designed primarily for indoor use, though they may be used outside in favourable conditions.
– Our letters are not waterproof
– In event of inclement weather (wet weather, strong winds etc.), an alternative venue must be arranged
